Here at Pine Lakes we have a variety of housing options for our guests. With three cabins and over five rooms to choose from in the Lodge itself, we’re positive you will find the perfect space for your vacation. To make it easier for you to choose which cabin to book during your next stay we are continuing to separate our cabins into a three part series. In our final cabin blog, we are going to show you how to make memories in the Grainery Cabin!
The last, but certainly not least, of our cabins is the Grainery Cabin. Although it might not seem like much from the outside, the Grainery Cabin is one of our hidden gems.
We understand that some people want to take the whole family camping. Or sometimes, you just want a group of friends to sit around a campfire with. With this in mind, we designed the Grainery Cabin. The comfortable floor plan is great for larger scale groups. The main floor, which contains a full bath, kitchen, living/dining area, and both front and back decks is designed for maximum comfort. Much like the Bunk House, the kitchen comes fully stocked with appliances and more, providing everything you need to prepare meals for your camping stay. This is a wonderful feature to take advantage of during the holiday season. Get the family together and utilize our kitchen for festive meals.
The cabin’s living area comes completely furnished with a television and comfortable seating. If the weather is too hot, kick back and enjoy a movie with your loved ones, or catch the game with your buddies. At the end of the day, pick and choose from one of our various beds upstairs to sleep on. Since the Grainery is a cabin for groups, it provides bedding that sleeps up to 10 people comfortably.
During the cooler evening hours, walk down the road to our stocked pond and fish. Just please remember to be mindful of guests who might be bunking close by. If you want to stay a little closer to the cabin, enjoy a campfire. If you are just looking to relax with a few good friends and some drinks, take advantage of the Jaccuzi hot tub on the back deck. Enjoy a beverage and watch the sun set behind the hills surrounded by friends.
While it might be implied, there are no rules stating you have to go outside while camping. Instead, camping should be a fun way to create memories with friends and family. There are a lot of things larger or smaller groups can do for entertainment in and around the lodge. However, making memories around the campfire or around a festive meal is also a perfect way to spend a camping weekend. When all is said and done, if you are looking for a great place to gather the family or place to get away with friends, consider the Grainery Cabin. Remember, the Grainery sleeps up to 10 people.
We hope you enjoyed this three-part blog series, featuring each one of our cabins. Out of the Bunk House, Frontier, and Grainery Cabins, we hope you found one that sounds just perfect for your next stay at Pine Lakes. If you missed them, make sure you check out the Bunk House and Frontier Cabin blogs, that were done a few weeks ago.
